  1. 3D assets. Models, textures and whole rooms from a sketch, a photo or a sentence.

  2. Places. Scanning real sites, filling the gaps, and lighting them.

  3. Characters that answer. Guides and characters that listen and reply.

  4. Code. Help building interactions for headsets and phones.

  5. Testing. Checking comfort, readability and speed before anyone puts a headset on.

Sarawak has places that few people will ever stand in. XR can take them there; AI makes it quicker to build.

KAISAR's pathway has six steps, from a first experiment to work that pays and travels. In XR, they look like this.

  1. Learn. The tools for building XR, and where AI saves weeks.

  2. Experiment. Small scenes on the headsets and phones people already have.

  3. Create. Experiences of Sarawak's places and stories.

  4. Collaborate. Developers, 3D artists, sound makers and storytellers together.

  5. Commercialise. Work for tourism, training, museums and brands.

  6. Scale. Sarawakian XR studios working for national and international clients.

Is there an XR and AI community in Sarawak?

Yes. KAISAR is Sarawak's registered society for people who create with AI, and AI in XR programming is one of its eight sectors. It is based in Kuching and open to members from all twelve divisions.

Do I need a headset to join?

No. Membership is open to anyone who creates with AI, or wants to start. It does not ask what equipment you have.

Are there XR workshops in Kuching?

Programme names and dates have not been announced yet. They are posted on KAISAR's news page first, then on Instagram and YouTube.

KAISAR ialah persatuan berdaftar untuk anak Sarawak yang berkarya dengan AI. AI dalam pengaturcaraan XR ialah salah satu daripada lapan sektornya: pengalaman realiti maya, realiti terimbuh dan realiti campuran.
