KAISAR's website, kaisar.org.my, went public on 13 October 2026.
It answers five questions in one page: what KAISAR is, where it is, who it is for, what it does and what it plans. Sarawak is drawn in dots across the first screen, with all twelve divisions on it. The eight sectors, from film to media, each have a page of their own, and the six-step pathway shows how KAISAR moves a creator from a first experiment to work that pays and travels.
The membership form and the partner form are on the home page. The committee reviews every application and replies by email or phone. The form does not ask for an IC number.
