privacy notice.
Version 2026-10. This is the notice you agree to when you send a form on this site.
Who we are
Persatuan Kreatif Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) Sarawak (KAISAR) is a registered society. It decides what is collected through this site and why.
1st Floor, SL45, L13766, Blok 1 Metrocity Commercial Center, 93050 Kuching, Sarawak
What we collect
- When you apply for membership: your name, email, phone number, division, the creative fields you work in, how far along you are with AI, and anything you choose to write to the committee.
- When you send a partner enquiry: your name, email, your phone number and organisation if you give them, what the enquiry is about, and your message.
- With either form: the date and time, and the version of this notice you agreed to.
We do not ask for your IC number, date of birth, home address, gender or ethnicity. Please do not put them in a message.
Why we collect it
- To consider your application or answer your enquiry, and to contact you about it by email or phone.
- To count how many members each division has. The site shows those totals on its map. It never shows names, and it names a division's creative fields only once that division has five members or more.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Who sees it
Only the KAISAR committee members who review applications and enquiries, each signing in with their own account. We do not pass your details to partners, sponsors or anyone else without asking you first.
Where it is kept
In a database run for KAISAR by Supabase, in Singapore. The website itself is delivered by Vercel. Both are service providers working on KAISAR's instructions. By sending a form you agree to your details being kept in Singapore.
A short record of how many forms were sent from one connection in an hour is kept for two days to stop misuse. It holds a scrambled code, not your internet address.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a member or your enquiry is open, and for as long afterwards as the society's records require. You may ask for your details to be removed at any time.
Your choices
You may ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected, to withdraw your consent, or to have them removed. Write to KAISAR at the address above, or speak to the committee member who answered you. Giving your details is voluntary, but without a name and a way to reach you we cannot consider an application.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version is published here with a new version number. The version you agreed to stays recorded with your form.
